Live like a local in this charming and spacious coastal retreat in Old Town Bluffton, SC. This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2 Â½ -bathroom property is perfect for couples and families that want to get away while feeling at home. A well-appointed and fully stocked kitchen for those who love to cook, while wonderful and well-known restaurants are a short walk or ride into The Promenade of Old Town with its many boutique shops and galleries. The downstairs offers an open floor plan perfect for visiting and entertaining with two sofas, a large screen TV, a separate dining area, a bright eat-in kitchen, a laundry room, and a powder room. The upstairs has a large master suite with a king-sized bed, a remote-work office space with monitor and keyboard, 2 queen guest bedrooms, and a full bath. The fenced-in backyard is nicely appointed with a paver patio, Adirondack chairs and table, and a gas-grill. Plenty of parking is found on the street side with additional room for two cars in the garage-side driveway. Our guests love this getaway space for couplesâ€™ and family retreats, strolling about town, taking in the sunsets on the May River, while some just want to relax and enjoy the low country vibe on the front porch rocking chairs. Hilton Head with its beautiful beaches is a short drive across the bridge â€“ with Savannah and its award-winning airport close by and Charleston just to the North. Well behaved and housebroken dogs are allowed with a $200 non-fundable pet fee. There is an outdoor security camera that records audio/video activity at the front door. It records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Wonderful Property-Central Location

"The home was exceptionally clean. Location was perfect and quite central to everything. Brought my dogs and no signs of animals (e.g. hair or smell). I am quite picky where I stay with my animals and I was very pleased. Highly recommend and will definitely book again when I come back to the area.

"The home was exactly as listed. It was clean and there was plenty of room for our family of six and our two dogs. The fenced in back yard was really helps with the dogs. And the community pool was a nice activity for the kids.

"Our trip at this airbnb rental was nearly perfect! Great location, nearby to golf, shopping and restaurants. Cute backyard, bedrooms and decor inside as well! Only issue we had was our wifi went out as a result of a thunderstorm, but because we had our dog with us we opted to NOT have a tech come out to repair, although the rental offered. :) I will say though, sometimes reception is spotty in this area.

"My family and I stayed in Bluffton for a long weekend in order to attend my grandson’s baptism. This property was perfect. It is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Although the parking is on the street, we never had an issue finding a spot. The management was extremely accommodating. The house was ready as promised and there were no issues gaining entrance to the home. It is located in a well kept and safe residential area. We have stayed in this area before and love its proximity to Old Town Bluffton. Don’t hesitate to book this home if you are planning to visit Bluffton.
